Stemcell 13051 StemSep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 旨在通過陰性選擇從小鼠脾細胞或其他組織的單細胞懸液中分離T細胞。不想要的細胞通過生物素抗體把非T細胞(CD11b (Mac-1), CD45R/B220, Ly-6G/C (Gr-1), TER119)和通過識別和生物素葡聚糖涂層細胞磁性顆粒的四聚體抗體配合物瞄準去除。標記的細胞和StemSep™列和磁鐵分離。

Stable at 2 - 8°Cfor 1 year and 2 years, respectively. Do not freeze. These products have been sterility tested.
Magnetic Colloid
This product is shipped at room temperature. Once opened, stable at 2 - 8°Cfor 6 weeks. Stable at -20°Cfor 1 year. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing. This product has been sterility tested.
Rat Serum
Stable at least 2 years when stored at -20°C. Stable for 2 months when stored at 2 - 8°C. This product has been sterility tested.
