Stemcell 13051 StemSep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 旨在通過陰性選擇從小鼠脾細(xì)胞或其他組織的單細(xì)胞懸液中分離T細(xì)胞。不想要的細(xì)胞通過生物素抗體把非T細(xì)胞(CD11b (Mac-1), CD45R/B220, Ly-6G/C (Gr-1), TER119)和通過識(shí)別和生物素葡聚糖涂層細(xì)胞磁性顆粒的四聚體抗體配合物瞄準(zhǔn)去除。標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞和StemSep™列和磁鐵分離。

Stable at 2 - 8°Cfor 1 year and 2 years, respectively. Do not freeze. These products have been sterility tested.
Magnetic Colloid
This product is shipped at room temperature. Once opened, stable at 2 - 8°Cfor 6 weeks. Stable at -20°Cfor 1 year. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing. This product has been sterility tested.
Rat Serum
Stable at least 2 years when stored at -20°C. Stable for 2 months when stored at 2 - 8°C. This product has been sterility tested.
