Stemcell 15664HLA RosetteSep™ HLA Granulocyte Depletion Cocktail 旨在從全血中分離粒細胞。不需要的細胞被四聚體抗體復合物瞄準去除，通過識別 CD66b和糖蛋白A紅血細胞（紅細胞）。當離心超過浮力密度介質，如淋巴制劑™（產(chǎn)品編號07801）,不需要的細胞隨著紅細胞沉淀。所需的細胞作為高濃粒細胞大量富集在血漿和浮力密度介質之間的界面存在。
