The EasySep™ HLA CD2 Positive Selection Kit 旨在通過陽性選擇從新鮮或先前凍結(jié)的人外周血單核細胞分離CD2+細胞。所需的細胞有針對性的通過識別CD2和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)。The EasySep™ HLA CD2 Positive Selection Kit 還包含人Fc受體，以減少非特異性結(jié)合的抗體。The EasySep™ HLA CD2 Positive Selection Kit使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細胞。感興趣的細胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時不需要的細胞倒出。 CD2抗原在T細胞和NK細胞上表達。通過陽性選擇的細胞適合用于流式細胞儀交叉配型分析（當(dāng)與EasySep™FCXM HLA封閉液一起使用）及任何其他之后的檢測。
