BD基底膜基質(zhì)膠生長因子減少（GFR），與典型BD Matrigel Matrix相比，生長因子中除了TGF-beta其它都有所減少。另外，硫酸肝素糖蛋白減少40%-50%。三種規(guī)格：標準GFR，高濃度（HC）和不含酚紅的基底膜基質(zhì)膠。三種都不含有LDEV。
BD 356231 Matrigel Matrix GFR 可有效促進常規(guī)細胞和轉變的錨錠依賴型上皮細胞以及其它類型細胞貼附分化，包括神經(jīng)細胞、肝細胞、Sertoli細胞，小雞晶狀體和血管內(nèi)皮細胞。BD 356231 Matrigel Matrix GFR可影響成年鼠肝細胞和血管內(nèi)皮細胞基因表達，同樣也影響三維培養(yǎng)的鼠和人乳腺內(nèi)皮細胞的基因表達。它是多種腫瘤細胞檢測的基礎，支持體內(nèi)末梢神經(jīng)再生和提供必要的培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)用于體內(nèi)或體外血管再生研究。BD Matrigel Matrix GFR支持人腫瘤細胞在無免疫鼠中繁殖，同時也可用作癌癥干細胞模型提高體內(nèi)腫瘤生長速率。

注意事項：
BD Matrigel Basement Membrane Matrix 在22℃-35℃會快速形成凝膠。開啟后要在4℃冰凍過夜，使用前放在冰塊上，使用時要用預先冷凍的移液管、槍頭和試管進行操作。在凍融過程中會有顏色變化（淡黃色到暗紅色），是因為二氧化碳和重碳酸鹽緩沖液以及酚紅發(fā)生反應。5% CO2平衡后顏色會消失。注意不要在無霜冰箱中冷凍保藏，避免多次重復凍融。開啟前-20℃下冷凍保藏。

BD Matrigel™ Basement Membrane Matrix is effective for the attachment and differentiation of both normal and transformed anchorage dependent epithelioid and other cell types. These include neurons, Sertoli cells, chick lens, and vascular endothelial cells, and hepatocytes. BD Matrigel will influence gene expression in adult rat hepatocytes as well as three dimensional culture in mouse and human mammary epithelial cells. It will support in vivoperipheral nerve regeneration, can be used for metabolism and toxicology studies, and is the basis for several types of tumor cell invasion assays. BD Matrigel provides the substrate necessary for the study of angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo. BD Matrigel also supports in vivopropagation of human tumors in immunosupressed mice.
