巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(Macrophage colony-stimulating factor，M-CSF)，也稱集落刺激因子-1(CSF-1)，是近年來受到廣泛重視的具有多種生物學(xué)功能的細(xì)胞因子。M-CSF對單核細(xì)胞的增殖、分化及維持其活性有重要作用。另外它還調(diào)節(jié)胎盤功能，促進(jìn)骨吸收。M-CSF為由鏈間二硫鍵連接而成的同源二聚體糖蛋白。廣泛存在于血清、尿及其他組織中。人M-CSF與小鼠M-CSF在其DNA序列上有70%的同源性。M-CSF可以在間質(zhì)細(xì)胞如成纖維細(xì)胞、成骨細(xì)胞及內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞中合成，也可在激活的巨噬細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞及多種腫瘤細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生。

溶解：提供的小鼠巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(mM CSF)產(chǎn)品為過濾滅菌的白色凍干粉末；該凍干粉末是從含1mg/ml小鼠巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(mM CSF)的5mM Tris，pH 8.0 ，100mM NaCl溶液中凍干產(chǎn)生的。我們建議加無菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作儲存液到不低于100ug/ml，后繼實驗過程中可根據(jù)實驗要求進(jìn)一步稀釋。
保存：小鼠巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(mM CSF)在室溫可保存3周，或置于-18℃凍存用于長期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延長保存時間，建議分裝后置于-18℃凍存。請避免反復(fù)凍融。

Introduction 

Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. CSF-1 induces cells of the monocyte/macrophage lineage. It plays a role in immunological defenses, bone metabolism, lipoproteins clearance, fertility and pregnancy.

Description 

Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor Mouse Recombinant produced in E.coli is a disulfide linked homodimer, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 2 x 156 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 36.4 KD.
MCSF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Solubility  （穩(wěn)定性）

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized M-CSF in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability  Lyophilized M-CSF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution MCSF should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
