溶解：提供的人胰島素(Insulin)產(chǎn)品為過(guò)濾滅菌的白色凍干粉末；該凍干粉末是從含1mg/ml人胰島素(Insulin)的溶液（不含添加劑）中凍干產(chǎn)生的。我們建議加無(wú)菌的0.005N HCl以配制工作儲(chǔ)存液到1 mg/ml。
保存：人胰島素(Insulin)在室溫可保存3周，或置于-18℃凍存用于長(zhǎng)期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延長(zhǎng)保存時(shí)間，建議分裝（加載體蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃凍存。請(qǐng)避免反復(fù)凍融。

Insulin decreases blood glucose concentration. It increases cell permeability to monosaccharides, amino acids and fatty acids. It accelerates glycolysis, the pentose phosphate cycle, and glycogen synthesis in liver.
Description
Insulin Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a two chain, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 51 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 5807 Dalton. Insulin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance （外觀）
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Formulation
The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with no additives.
Solubility （溶解性）
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Insulin in sterile 0.005N HCl not more than 1 mg/ml.
Stability （穩(wěn)定性）
Lyophilized Insulin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Insulin should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
