Stemcell 18452 EasySep™ Mouse APC Positive Selection Kit旨在分離APC（別藻藍(lán)蛋白）抗體標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞有針對(duì)性的被識(shí)別APC和右旋糖酐涂層的磁性粒子的四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)去除。被標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞使用沒(méi)有柱的EasySep™磁鐵分離。感興趣的細(xì)胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時(shí)不需要的細(xì)胞倒出。

Stemcell 18452 EasySep™ Mouse APC Positive Selection Kit 保存方法
EasySep® APC Selection Cocktail. Stable at 4°C for 2 years. Do not freeze this product. Contents sterile in unopened tube. This product may be shipped at room temperature, and should be refrigerated upon receipt.
Human or Mouse FcR Blocker. Stable at 4°C for 2 years (human) or 1 year (mouse). Contents sterile in unopened tube. This product may be shipped at room temperature, and should be refrigerated upon receipt. Do not freeze.
EasySep® Magnetic Nanoparticles. Stable at 4°C for 2 years. Contents sterile in unopened tube. This product may be shipped at room temperature, and should be refrigerated upon receipt.
Hazardous Ingredient. Sodium Azide. Avoid exposure to skin and eyes, ingestion and contact with heat, acids and metals. Wash exposed skin with soap and water. Flush eyes with water. Dilute with running water before discharging into plumbing.
