Stemcell 18770 EasySep™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit 旨在通過陽性選擇從小鼠脾細胞或其他組織單細胞懸液中分離CD11b+細胞。Stemcell 18770 EasySep™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit 包含PE標記的針對CD11b的抗體，之后將被針對PE和葡聚糖的四聚體抗體復(fù)合物確認。標記的細胞被綁定到磁性粒子并分離，而不使用柱的EasySep™磁鐵。感興趣的細胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時不需要的細胞倒出。
