Stemcell 13055 StemSep™ Mouse NK Cell Enrichment Kit 旨在通過(guò)陰性選擇從小鼠脾或其他組織的單細(xì)胞懸液中分離NK細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞被非NK細(xì)胞和葡聚糖包覆的磁性顆粒識(shí)別的四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)去除。標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞通過(guò)不使用柱的EasySep™磁鐵分離。期望得到的細(xì)胞倒入到一個(gè)新的管。

This product is shipped at room temperature. Once opened, stable at 2 - 8°C for 6 weeks. Stable at -20°C for 1 year. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing. This product has been sterility tested.
Rat Serum
Stable for at least 2 years when stored at -20°C. Stable for 2 months when stored at 2 - 8°C. This product has been sterility tested.
