Stemcell 18681HLA EasySep™ HLA CD15 WB Positive Selection Kit 旨在通過陽性選擇從新鮮白膜或全血中分離CD15+細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞有針對性被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)清楚，通過識(shí)別CD15和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子。該抗體結(jié)合在雙特異性四聚體抗體復(fù)合物。Stemcell 18681HLA EasySep™ HLA CD15 WB Positive Selection Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。感興趣的細(xì)胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時(shí)不需要的細(xì)胞倒出。CD15抗原在中性粒細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。
