The EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood CD3 Positive Selection 旨在通過(guò)陽(yáng)性選擇從新鮮全血中分離CD3+細(xì)胞。所需得到的細(xì)胞有針對(duì)性的通過(guò)識(shí)別CD3和右旋糖酐涂層的磁性粒子被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)。The EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood CD3 Positive Selection 還包含人Fc受體，以減少非特異性結(jié)合的抗體。The EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood CD3 Positive Selection 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。感興趣的細(xì)胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時(shí)不需要的細(xì)胞倒出。 CD3抗原在所有的T細(xì)胞和NKT細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。

EASYSEP® RBC LYSIS BUFFER 10X CONCENTRATE

EASYSEP® HLA FCXM BLOCKING SOLUTION
Product stable at room temperature (15 - 25°C) until expiry date as indicated on label.Contents have been sterility tested. Please note that repeated exposure to air may cause some crystallization to occur around the edge of the tube. This crystallization does not affect the performance of the blocking solution in flow cytometric crossmatch analysis.
