Stemcell 15061HLA RosetteSep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Cocktail 旨在通過陰性選擇從全血中分離T細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物（TAC）瞄準(zhǔn)去除，通過識別CD16,CD19,CD36,CD56,CD66b和糖蛋白A紅血細(xì)胞（紅細(xì)胞）。當(dāng)離心超過浮力密度如RosetteSep™DM-L（產(chǎn)品編號15705）或淋巴制劑™（產(chǎn)品編號07801），不需要的細(xì)胞顆粒介質(zhì)隨著紅細(xì)胞。純化的T細(xì)胞作為高度富集的大量在血漿和浮力密度介質(zhì)之間的界面存在。所需的細(xì)胞立即準(zhǔn)備用在血清學(xué)或流式細(xì)胞儀交叉配型試驗。
