Stemcell 18684HLA EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood Lymphoid Positive Selection Kit 旨在通過陽性選擇從白膜或全血中分離CD3+和CD19+細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞有針對性被CD3，CD19和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子的四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)。該抗體結(jié)合在雙特異性四聚體抗體復(fù)合物上。在混合物中還包含人Fc受體，以減少非特異性結(jié)合的抗體。EasySep™ 人白細(xì)胞抗原全血淋巴陽性選擇試劑盒用EasySep™磁鐵分離，Stemcell 18684HLA EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood Lymphoid Positive Selection Kit不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。感興趣的細(xì)胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時不需要的細(xì)胞倒出。 在B細(xì)胞上表達(dá)CD19抗原的同時，CD3抗原表達(dá)在T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞。
