BD Matrigel 是從富含胞外基質(zhì)蛋白的EHS小鼠腫瘤中提取出的基底膜基質(zhì)膠，主要成份有IV型膠原，層粘連蛋白，硫酸肝素糖蛋白，巢蛋白。另外，還包含TGF-beta，表皮生長因子，胰島素樣生長因子，成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子，組織纖溶酶原激活物和其它生長因子。

BD Matrigel? Basement Membrane Matrix is effective for the attachment and differentiation of both normal and transformed anchorage dependent epithelioid and other cell types. These include neurons, Sertoli cells, chick lens, and vascular endothelial cells, and hepatocytes. BD Matrigel will influence gene expression in adult rat hepatocytes as well as three dimensional culture in mouse and human mammary epithelial cells. It will support in vivoperipheral nerve regeneration, can be used for metabolism and toxicology studies, and is the basis for several types of tumor cell invasion assays. BD Matrigel provides the substrate necessary for the study of angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo. BD Matrigel also supports in vivopropagation of human tumors in immunosupressed mice.
